  4. PowerLaunch Lite takes nothing away from the older "shareware" versions of PowerLaunch II. In fact, PowerLaunch Lite ADDS several new features and enhancements not found in the previous PowerLaunch versions. (Please see the version history for more information.)

  10. Good Question! To eliminate some confusion of the two PowerLaunch versions, let us review some of the major differences.

  16. PowerLaunch Lite is part of Interealm's I•Start series and may be freely distributed through non-commercial means. Commercial distribution is permitted only by expressed written permission of Interealm. (Please see the "About I•Start" file for more information)

  18. PowerLaunch II is Interealm's commercial product and may not be duplicated under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WITHOUT EXPRESSED WRITTEN PERMISSION OF INTEREALM.

  24. PowerLaunch Lite's documentation is provided on disk, for quick and easy printing and/or reference.

  26. PowerLaunch II's documentation comes in the form of a printed user's manual.

  33. PowerLaunch II's features include all those found in PowerLaunch Lite. Additional features found in PowerLaunch II include :

  35. • Mega-Palettes - PowerLaunch II gives you the ability to define "on-the-fly" scalable palettes of virtually any size and shape.

  37. • Palette Sets - While PowerLaunch Lite supports 1 set  of up to 10 different palettes, PowerLaunch II allows you to create an unlimited number of Palette Sets, each containing a maximum of 10 palettes.

  39. • New QuickApp Extensions - Shutdown, Restart, or put you Mac into Sleep mode with serveral new QuickApp Extensions. These extension are fully Auto-Launch compatible, giving you the ability to shutdown your Mac at pre-determined times.

  41. • "Folder Menu" QuickApp - PowerLaunch II now allows you to add folders directly to its' menus. Every folder on your hard-disk is now within quick and easy reach.
